Disgusting Service!

Ordered a pizza on 16/05/2020 at 16:16- online payment. To this day i have not received my order or my money back. I have called and raised a complaint on 17/05/2020 - Case CAS-***-B9C7Q3. Was told a manager would call me within 48hours and have not been contacted within the timeframe. I called back and was told that a request will be sent for a managers followup, still to this day i have heard nothing. I am absolutely disgusted by the service they have provided!
