Disgusting service

I placed an order telephonically for delivery with Glenda when happens to be the manager of Debonairs Rick Cottage. Waited more than an hour only to be called by the driver to say that he has the wrong address.... By the time the driver arrived the pizza was ice cold and it clearly stated on the slip that GLENDA put the wrong address on it to begin with... I call the shop and get put through to GLENDA to assist me as this is unacceptable. She then proceeds to tell me if it's cold I will have to place a new order ( and my common sense tells me I will probably wait another hour for it) She had such an attitude and was completely useless at resolving the problem... Subsequently we are left with cold pizza an hour and a half after ordering and completely disgusted with them!
