Disgusting service!!!!!

Terrible service!!! I ordered pizza using their app at 5pm on Sat, called them at 6pm to find out the status of my order and they explained they had lots of orders and I would get my pizza latest 7pm.7 came and went I called them an 8 and they didn't pick up the phone. I then called customer service, who called and got the manager to call me back. The manager told me the driver wasn't in and my oder was still at the store. He told me it would come bafore 9 and apologised and told me I'd get an extra pizza I would have waited more than 4 hours for my oder. He then called me at 21:30, arguing with the driver while I'm just listening and then the driver suggests that he bring my pizza the next day. They argued(the manager and driver) until I actually swore and them and hung up. Costomer service is just as useless as they didn't call me back to find out if my query was resolved or not.
