Disgusting Service

I ordered pizza today at 16:31 and now it is 18:51 still I haven't received my order, they keep promising to call me back after following up but nothing, I have wasted my airtime calling them 4 times and it looks like they are not going to assist me. I gave them the alternative number 3 times now but it seems no one is ready to assist. I am disappointed by their service and I am done ordering from them....
