Disgusting service

Such bad service from debonairs kagiso mall, disgusting service no wonder the shop is closing. Consultant Portia Raborifi is very rude and the manager who put the phone down on my ear when i asked for her name. Who placed me on speaker and when i asked to remove the phone on speaker then she tells me she’s busy with other things. What can’t of service is that Debonair’s? Why treat customers like dirt? Like you doing us a ****** favour? I’m being told they don’t deliver in Ext 12 Kagiso 2 after 7 and when i ask since when the consultant develops an attitude and when i asked why are we not notified as client then the answer was we can’t notify each and every customer. I ask one simple question okay why is that not noted on the website when i place a call then your agent tells me it’s my responsibility to call the store! Why do i have to do such when u guys created a website to make our lives easy? What kind of nonsense is this service you guys giving to us?
