Disgusting service

I have had the ****tiest service EVER in my 32 years of existence. I ordered a pizza at debonairs in Randfontein at 7 pm tonight 28th Sept. Its now 9:15pm and still no pizza delivered. Over 2 hours. I have been calling since 8 and the people who answer the phone say hold and then hang up on me.. Appauling and disgusting. My kids have had to go to bed without eating as they fell asleep waiting for this still coming pizza.
