Disgusting Service

I called debonaires montana crossing at 8:10pm, to place an order for delivery, I called again at 8:52pm to ask how far my order was, I was told that the order was done and that they were waiting for delivery vehicles. I then called again at 9:52pm, and there was no answer..... I had to go out and get myself a meal at mc donalds instead. The driver finally arrives at 10:52pm, I told him I will not be paying for the order as I have waited over 2 hours, he has no apology or anything else to say except "ok, if you not going to pay then I'll take the order back" ..... what absolute ******* service is this? Not even a phone call to say there is a problem with deliveries so please come and collect your order. And no one cares..... this isn't the first time this has happened with the same store, I will never buy debonaires again, not from any store! !!!!! At least train your staff on how to handle these issues and how to apologise to customers. I'm highly irritated!!!
