Disgusting service.

Yesterday 25-03-2020 I order 2 Pizzas for delivery and after waiting for 50 minutes, I called to find out what is happening, only to be told that they do not deliver to my area after the app allowed me to place the order and my card got debited. The arrogant manager at the Gugulethu branch told me to come and fetch my order she will give me money for a taxi or send a child to come and pick up the order, I told her I ordered online because i could not leave the house and when i Asked for her name she dropped the phone. I have been waiting for their customer service to get back to me as promised but nothing yet.
