Disgusting service

<p>once again Debonairs Dobsonville has left my kids starving. I place the order online and was surprised how quick the pizza was delivered it was within 15 minutes of placing my order. the kids went to collect and pay then we give the driver a tip. on opening the pizzas as I ordered 2 boxes if on the double my goodness the slices were literally on top of each other and I could count the drops of cheese and the sauce.so I only got brushed dough no filling nothing like the picture that entices me to buy this product. so I phone them and spoke to Katleho who blatantly told me that they will collect the pizza and I must come collect it myself at the shop if I want another one. excuse me???? so he says they don't deliver twice so I ask him what's the delivery charge as my kids want pizza he told me there is no way they will deliver the pizza again after fetching it,so I ask if it was cold what was the procedure he boldly tells me it wud have been their fault so they will deliver again. so now its my fault that they deliver coloured dough to my house. then he tells me I must just wait for the driver to collect the pizza, an hour later no food,no refund I phone again he still tells me to just wait for the driver. The service I Dobsonville is disgusting to say the least now I hate Debonairs pizza even more especially the staff at Divsonville. consumers spend their hard earned money to support them and this is what we get I am so disgusted!!!!!!!!</p>
