Disgusting service

<p>I placed my order on the debonair online app which was generally created to better our ordering process instead of a horrifying experience that I went through today. I submitted my order and received a notification of receipt. I waited for about 20 minutes and nobody found the need to let me know thAt there was a high volume of orders. I had to call and do a follow up myself,is this part of service still?I am already irritated because I waited. Upon arrival,the guy delivering my order hoots like a mad man by my gate which I had a problem with but chose to overlook it. When I got to him,I was ready to pay for my order then he tells me he doesn't have the speed point as there is only one and one guy uses it so he will leave with my order and I must wait until that guy is free to come deliver my order. Is this how the debonairs in Amanzimtoti operates? Is this acceptable?I am still waiting as I write this and nobody has bothered to call me as a client!!!!!I feel so disrespected as if I said I wanted to loan the damn food. I work for a service industry myself but this is no where near SERVICE</p>
