disgusting service

<p>On two separate occasions we have been to debonair's pizza and quite shocked at the service we received. on the first occasion we ordered a vegetarian pizza with tikka sauce extra. the pizza was given to us with no sauce at all. when enquired about this, we were told the veg pizza don't not come with sauce. when we asked about the extra sauce we ordered the pizza was taken back and then overloaded to the point of not being edible. we then had to return the pizza and wait further while another pizza had to be made. all this would not be necessary if then order was done right the first time. On the second occasion we placed an order to collect and was told that it would take 20 minutes. When we arrived at the branch we have noticed that the pizza was only going into the oven to be made. </p> <p>Why tell us it would take 20 minutes according to the manager the new process is the order to be paid for first then put n to the oven</p>
