DISGUSTING! POOR SERVICE!

I ordered yesterday at 16.00 and till today (10.00am) I never received my pizza. When I passed the store at 8.30pm,they were already closed but I know the store is supposed to close at 10pm. The phone was engaged for hours on end. I am disgusted!
