Disgusting pizza

Called to order a large creamy chicken pizza yesterday in the evening. My husband went to pick it up..when he got home firstly the box looked as if it was being reused,when i opened the pizza it was so underwhelming.the crust was so hard n disgusting.

Definitely wont be ordering for my family from this establishment ever again.
