Disgusting pathetic attitude and service

<p>places an order wrh debonairs blue hills and after 1 and a half hours i receive nothing,i call 3rimes and they assure me that they will call the driver and find out where he is,i call a 4th time to speak to the manager and he drops the call on me while still talking to him, i call back yet again and im told they could not find my address yet i added specifics as to exactly were i live,the man i spoke to tells me that "the manager is a very busy man and i insulted his position" because i called him deaf,that as a result of me explaining myself and him replying with "Huh". The staff was arrogant and their attitudes pathetic to say the least,nthabiseng literally sounded half dead over the phone and dis nothing to placate me and they refused to help me in any way!!! Upon telling them that i will phone the headoffice and go onto hello peter the man who was on the phone told me i should go ahead and do as i please,the debonairs franchise has become a disgrace!!! How can such pathetic brainless employeas be hired when they know nothing about customer service!!! Its 9pm and i still have not has supper as a result and have completely lost my appetite due to the screaming match that went on between the rotten staff at debonairs blue hills and I. I will never be using the debonairs app to place orders or wven eating at debonairs again!!! And i want my R120 refunded in full!!! I have a good mind of going to the media and shutting these people down!!!!!</p>
