Disgusting, pathetic and useless debonairs

I ordered a pizza online at 17:50 for collection at your protea Glen branch. Got there at 16:10 to collect and the pizza was not ready. Had to wait till 8:35. The manager Ntombi Majozi says we are lucky to have received the order in that time because your orders usually take an hour to be ready. That's pathetic and disgusting service. Why does the app state that waiting time is 15 minutes? Why should a customer wait over an hour for pizza? Fix your protea Glen branch their service is ****.
