Disgusting Franchise-Res Hills

I disgusted with Reservoir Hills Franchise!Unorganized, NO CUSTOMER CARE, DONT EVEN DELIVER ON TIME OR CONTACT THE CUSTOMER!THEY LIE TO YOU ON THE PHONE.The manager had told me that they are having problems with delivery... ONLY after I WAITED for 1h20mins! She (Shantal) had told me that "website should say that they will have 1h30mins waiting period?" Had that said that I wouldnt have ordered delivery! As a manager of this disgusting branch, SHE SHOULDVE CONTACTED ME & NOTIFIED US OF THIS.NOT MAKE ME WAIT 1h20mins for nothing, WASTE MY AIRTIME AND THEN FIND OUT! CALLED HER 4 times! My order only came at 8h10pm! Ordered at 6h52pm! I told her on phone I CAN SEE THE SHOP & I SAW THE BIKES THERE from the TOP OF MY DRIVEWAY & SHE INSISTED HER DRIVER HAD LEFT!! I SAW THE DRIVER LEAVE FROM THE SHOP AT 8h08PM & he goes to the WRONG BUILDING too! SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED WITH THEIR DELIVERY! BOTH times my wife and I had to make sandwiches and eat the Pizza much later or the next day
