Disgusting food

I am a regular customer at Debonairs Eldorado park. So today I ordered the 2 Pizzas and 10 cheese grill sausages...the food gets here and to my disgust the sausages are dry, bland and burned and one sausage looks like someone bit on it....so I make a call and ask for a Manager and here she comes to the phone saying the sausages are a problem and they tell customers not to order it, so when I ordered on line they didn't think to call me and ask me to choose something else? Further to this I'm told to bring it back but the food was delivered to me so how am I supposed to get it back? So all the Manager says is next time I order they will give me potatoe shots for free. So what about today being passed 2pm I'm hungry and now can't eat the food...later on we warmed the pizza and the bland pizza we got just upset me more....im honestly disappointed that nothing could be done and the fact that there is an assumption that I will buy there again I'd even worse....I sent my slip and proof of how disgusting this food looked but hey I guess I must order again to get compensation for food I needed to eat at time that I was hungry
