Disgusting Delivery Service on the App Order ***2

I placed an order today on your Debonairs App over 2 hours ago. I called your call centre 5 times to get my pizza delivered. They can’t even get a hold of the Umgeni Business Park store or the Manager. Pointless messages were sent to the store by the call centre to the store with no feedback. This is not the first time that I had to beg for my order when I order on the app. It is disgusting that customers are treated this way. Look at your records and you will see how often this happens. I have requested this order be cancelled, please ensure that I am refunded. I will discourage anyone to use your terrible app for delivery.
