Disgusting delivery service!

The delivery service was disgusting, yesterday I placed an order via the Debonairs app to the kwa Mashu store and it only came through over 3 hours later and when it did come through the driver had so much attitude. When I complained that we had been waiting for over 3hours, he didn't appologise and said that he has knocked off and he was just helping debonairs. when he took the pizza out that bag it immediately turned black, meaning its cold. when I read him what's on the box he started fighting with me telling me that's its not his problem, to make matters worse his speed point wasn't working so after waiting over 3hours just for a pizza and having to call and complain, I didn't get what I had purchased cause he snatched the pizza and told us to call the store as a customer I was not respected and that makes me very angry and annoyed
