Disgusting customer service at debonairs grand west

Currently at debonairs in grand west waited in a que for 30 minutes before the cashier had served me had to ask twice if anybody not helping taking orders asked for tyres manager the staff laugh like it's a joke stating the manager off today. When I was eventually served the cashier had alot of attitude stating the manager busy taking stock. The customers is disgusting as they do not put their customers first the sensible thing to do was to help your customer first as it is extremely busy and one person can not be taking orders and be handing over the food I'm extremely disgusted as they have no customer service ettiquet at all. Please train your staff to have customer service
