Disgusting customer service

I ordered last week Saturday from mrd pizzas they took over 2hours to deliver my pizza and when it got delivered it was the wrong pizzas when I called the store they said to deal with them online I sent emails telling them my order is wrong no response this is horrible service for such a big franchise and during these times its highly disappointing I expect some kind of feedback
