Disgusting customer service

So yesterday I ordered Pizza from Debornairs West Gate Mall in Mitchell's Plain at 19:34 using my fiance's app, waited for my pizza as per normal than more than 2 hours has gone by but still no pizza, I literally had to spend R50 on airtime to try and call them to find out what's happening, the first time I spoke to a guy think it was the manager and I told him that I wanted to find out where my pizza is and he just transferred my call to a number that went straight to voicemail.I have all the recordings of the time I spent trying to call these people as my phone automatically records the calls.Waited the whole night for my pizza as I couldn't get through to anyone to find out where my Pizza is and I went to go sleep hungry.I will never ever order anything from you guys in future again and this is not the first time this has happened.You guys don't even have the decency to let your customers know that you will not be able to deliver the pizza, what a pathetic service!
