DISGUSTING CALL CENTRE SERVICE AND 2 HOUR LATE ORDER

I ordered at 17:48 on the app,it's 19:11 and my order still hasn't arrived. I called the call centre at 19:05 a consultant picked up then whilst speaking she blindly put me on hold or someone did a blind transfer.Then someone else picks up , I ask about my order and she rudely responds to my query and whilst asking about my order she rudely drops the line I have extensive call centre experience and by far this is the most terrible experience I've received from a Concho has been placed to solve queries . I'm utterly DISGUSTED WITH DEBONAIRS,IT'S 19:15 AND STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
