Disgusted with Debonairs

So this evening I called Debonairs to try and place an order for delivery. After nearly 5 minutes of trying to get the woman that answered to get my address correct, I ended the call as she was either not listening to me because the more I told her my suburb the more she repeated something else. Next I try online, this too is more complicated than it needs to be and when it comes time to check out there is the option to pay now. This seems convenient, yet when you read the little footnote it says the vendor may submit further payments using the details you have put in. This is not a secure payment then. And yet there is no option to pay COD. Back to the call centre... this time I get put on hold while she "checks something"...one minute later the call gets cut. So I call again. this time a male answers who at least tries to be helpful, but at the end of my call I get told I have to pay a delivery fee... Now I have 2 stores very close by, and when I ask why am I being charged....The address is in watergate and NOT my area that I have stated several times over.

I cannot believe how atrocious the service was tonight. Debonairs needs to sort out their online orders and ensure that they have staff that can communicate well with clients.
