Disgusted online order

I've since lodged a complain against debonairs sesfikle on the 28th of September since today I haven't received any call from their customer care , I made an online order with them my pizza was delivered, mind do I order extra cheese but what I got was the total opposite, no cheese the base was crusty & burned , there was no meat in the like the order was a total disaster, including the so call resolution I got that one of their Cc will call me , till today I haven't received any call
