Disgusted in poor service

What bad service!!! I phoned at 17:40 to place my order for the on the double pizza. I ordered two specials for delivery. They told me the pizzas would be here in the hour. My little one of two years had to eat noodles as the pizza wasnt in time for her to eat as she goes to bed at half past 6. So no food for her. My eldest is 9 and was very hungry! I phoned again at 19:05. The call centre said they would call the shop manager and get her to phone me. After another 10 minutes I phoned again. The call centre said they will follow up. The shop manager phoned me... saying that with the electricity being off they are behind with so many deliveries. I am angry... I told her that the pizza should be free as no one phoned to explain back log or anything and we waited over an hour for the food. The sticker was no longer red but I must still pay? And then get inside the house the one box is dented in and my pizza is stuck on the top of the box...

I am disgusted in the poor service of this Debonairs!!!
