Disgusted in Debonairs

I understand under the circumstances it is difficult to stick to accurate delivery times and schedules, however, I find it extremely unprofessional that a client can place an order for only 1 pizza at 16h13 in the afternoon for delivery at 19h00 only to be here, 24 hours later, still waiting for their delivery. Again, I understand if it couldn't be possible but does Debonairs not even have the deceny to call a person so that they can perhaps make alternative dinner arrangements? Could they have not atleast contacted the customer somehow instead of leaving them without food and rather a shutdown website?
