Disgusted customer service.

I am utterly upset and disgusted with the order I placed and service received. This evening, I have no supper for the family and waited 1 & 1/2 hours to be informed that Debonairs has no chicken. I placed an order at 5:50pm and it's now 7:30pm only to be told they can't make it as they have no chicken. I can't explain the anger I feel as my family doesn't have supper and I have to resort to an alternative food place and wait for the food to be prepared, which will take time and everyone just has to wait to have supper because Debonairs messed up. Debonairs Pizza, yourls service is pathetic! This is the Debonairs in Pietermaritzburg KZN. I had to make more than calls to get help and still they couldn't be upfront and say no chicken is available.
