Disgusted Customer

As a customer I expect excellent service from a food vender. Your store in Maitland is ridiculous when it comes to service. I places an order today at 11:58 and it now 12:32 and I still haven't recieved my pizza. I have been waiting and my lunch hour is almost done. There has been no one coming to me to say what the delay is or where my pizza is. Neither was I warned of the time. There were only 1 person before me who got their meal. This is is the poor service your team subject customers to. I feel for the time wasted I would like to be ompensated cause this is really not the way to go. If no response is given I'll take this up further as this is not what you promise.
