DISGUSTED CUSTOMER

Placed an order from the Alex branch - spoke to Nozipho....she had sent only one pizza when i ordered 2, on calling the store and speaking to her, she said sorry...like sorry is going to change anything. She then sent the pizza which took another 90 minutes....i had friends over and i was embarrassed. I then contacted customer services, and was told the store manager will call me. Been 2 weeks now and no call at yet.

Seems like debonairs gives a damn about customer services....Honestly patetic
