Disgusted by the service

Disgusted by the service received from Debonairs Parow. Placed an online order at 20:39 that was accepted for delivery and made the payment that was successfull as well. Literally 5mins later I got a call to say that they do not deliver to the address provided which was never a problem before and In the first place the order was accepted for deliver. We eventually drove to Debonairs and at this very moment 21:24 we are currently still waiting on a pizza.

The only thing the guy behind the counter could say was nobody gave him the order and you have to wait. So that's about it.

That's what you call pathetic customer service. No apology or anything.

Festive season didn't even kick in yet and they not busy but this is how they treat customers.
