Disgusted by Debonairs pizza black chain

<p>I placed an order at 18:23 n i received a call from Thumi the cashier advising they are unable to deliver. Why do we have online systems? I requested to speak to a manager half an hour ago and I'm still waiting for a manager whom I've been told he is at pick n pay. I thought managers take care is store and customers needs not shopping while supposed to be working? I have used online system before and I have never been disgusted like debonairs black chain did today. Customer service sucks. The cashier tells me he does not know how to operate the phone and transfer to the shopping manager.... can someone from the real debonairs who has an idea about customer service call me and fix this</p>
