Disgusted and Still waiting

On the 30th July 2015 I placed a order at my local Debonairs, (which I am a very very frequent client) Real Deal Double stacker Meaty WITH EXTRA CREAM CHEESE and a Sub for my daughter, Upon receiving the meal I noticed no extra cream cheese it was so so dry and I HAD BEEN CHARGED R10 for extra sauch and the bottom of the SUB had been burnt, I phoned the next day asked for the owner, spoke to a lady was told they will give my number to the owner cause they cant give it out, that was a Friday, Monday arrived still no call, I phoned again spoke to another manager was told she dont know the number but will pass the message on STILL NO PHONE CALL.<br> <br> On the 7th August 2015 I arrived late from work. My daughter suggested we order Pizza, not that I wanted to but we did, we phoned and placed our order at 7pm. My daughter was laying on the couch a hour later nagging she starving still no food and on the verge of falling asleep, I made over 5 phone calls on MY AIRTIME to find out about the order, his on the way, his on the way, at no interval were we told they busy our order arrived at 20h55....DISGUSTING and on top of it the driver smelt like alcohol.....
