Disgusted and poor customer service

I bought a tripplr deck pizza at Westgate mall in Mitchell's plain. When I got home I opened the box it looked so unappealing. It was dry and disgusting. There was no filling at all, a little bit of sauce here and there. It was badly cut I had to use my own knife to cut it.I even took pictures of it. After I lodge a complaint I received a phone call from the manager who blames me for not calling then even though I've sent an email immediately. He said they would have sent the driver to come and collect it. How were they going to do that they don't deliver where I'm staying that is why I went to buy the pizza myself in the first place. He also said they don't have a proof that the pizza was bought from his store. I explained to him that I used my debit card to pay, I have an sms notification that shows the pizza was bought from there
