Disgusted about the Debonairs Pizza poor service
So yesterday I ordered a Debonairs Pizza (Vorna Valley) on their website at about 06h31. After an hour or so I called the resturant to ask what was happening with my order and they kept on telling me that the driver is on his way. After two hours, I called again and requested a refund for my order. I never received it. I then called their customer care, they said they are contacting the franchise manager and will get back to me. Now it's been 25 hours and I haven't my money. I am super annoyed with Debonairs right now. Here is the reference number for my order: ********** .
