Disgusted

<p>So I did an online order via Debonairs app at 18:58... I called at 20:20 spoke to siphokazi to ask about my order, she told me she will find out by the kitchen staff(i could clearly hear her ask) she comes back to advise that the driver is on his way with my order I should give him 20mins. At 20:50 I decide to call again as I'm still waiting, the next cashier (didnt get the name) advises she didn't speak to me so she doesn't no... At 20:55 Henry calls me and advises his the manager, he tells me that my order only came through now should he still put the order through as it's late already this after I have paid online... I then ask why the cashier siphokazi then **** by advising me the order is on its way an now his telling me that it only came through now an it's not prepared yet... I'm furious as u can imagine an all he can say is his cashier didn't check properly and his sorry... (his got a Damn nerve!!.My pizza eventually arrives , all smashed up an the driver asks me if I'm upset and I'm like are you kidding me??'''I'll NEVER order by them again) Poor customer service seriously..</p>
