Disgusted

I placed an order at 7pm and paid for it. It's 8:30pm and I still haven't received my food. What upsets me the most is that the restaurant is now closed. How can they close when customers didn't receive their orders. What kind of service is this? I want you to know that I will not let this go especially because you took my money.
