Disgusted!!!

I ordered a pizza from Protea Gardens a couple of days back. Despite the fact that the drivers are always late and they become very impatient. It is the closest one to me. On the day of question, the driver was late, told me he had a lot of deliveries to make and I could see that he really still had a lot of other deliveries to get too when he was searching for my order. My pizza was damaged, cold and not edible. He tried to apologize but I told him I would not be paying for such and he can go show his manager. The manager calls about an hour later requesting to send me another pizza. I explained to him my dissatisfaction in their service and vowed that I will never order from them again. That’s another loyal customer you’ve lost!!!
