Disgusted

The wosrt Debonairs ever on Sunday 1st May 2022 I came to visit family and my sister in law to order pizzas we ordered from Loch Logan branch at 19h00 at 21h00 when I tried to call the number I was transferred cut off over and over and over again just to speak to the manager then I was told he will call you didn't happen I had to call back then I was told oh the driver's are from bike to cars because it had been raining that's not my problem I'm the customer then he told me the driver was in after using all my airtime on top of that aswell the car on his way eventually at 21h30 the driver comes with the pizza's on a motorcycle not a car took the pizza's inside opened them up and they were ice cold and obviously standing for 2 hours you should be ashamed of yourselves for sending out those pizza's in all the years I've eaten from Debonairs this is absolutely unacceptable. You need to organize your branches properly.
