DISGUSTED!!!

I am horrified with Debonairs Westville Mall, if I didn't have to give them a rating to get to the next section I wouldn't have rated them at all. On Friday I ordered Pizza's from Debonairs and asked them to be at our school at 12pm, which is not far from the shopping centre where they are situated, they firstly arrived late, no phone call to say they were going to be late, then they didn't have our entire order. i was unable to speak to a manager except the kitchen manager who was clueless and all she kept on telling me was that her manager would phone me at three pm and the more I told her I wasn't available at 3pm the more she kept telling me she'll get her to phone me. How can you run a store with no manage???? There were no other managers on the property besides the kitchen manager. THIS IS APALLING!!!! The other thing is the kitchen manager kept on blaming the delivery guys for the order not being there. NO!!!! She as kitchen manager should have made sure I order was correct. Then there advert says that if they are late your order is free, WELL WE PAID and I feel we should get vouchers to the amount we paid and our order was a big order. You can't advertise on social media that if the order is late it is free and then refuse to give it to the customer for free. I'm highly disgusted with Debonairs and if they want my support again, which I won't give to them in a hurry because of their poor service, this matter better be sorted out immediately!!!!
