Disgraceful

<p>I am completely disgusted by the service, placed an order at 6:27 and I had to wait until 8:46 until my pizza arrived, after phoning and querying and being told I'll be called back and no one calls me back, I am not happy at all. And this is not the first time 2 weeks ago I ordered a pizza from the Norwood branch as I was visiting family and had to wait an hour and a half for delivery and when it was eventually delivered it was squashed and I called to complain I was provided with a new pizza by the same driver and I was completely disrespected by the driver, losing his temper with me because now he had to pay.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am not happy at all, if I had a choice I wouldn't even put 1 star.</p>
