Disastrous Donut Dippers!

<p>On Saturday, 28th January 2017, while out with my family, I decided to purchase your Donut Dippers from the Debonairs at Hemingways Mall, East London .</p> <p>I received pathetic service from a cashier who didn’t seem interested that I was in front of her, she informed me that my order would take 15- 25 minutes. I waited for 35 minutes for my order and went to enquire from her when it would be ready. Without responding to me, she requested another staff member to hand me my order. I was really disappointed as I wondered how much longer it would have sat there without them notifying me that it was ready, as they were calling out order numbers but conveniently ignored mine.</p> <p> </p> <p>As if the service received was not ridiculous enough, I sat down at the food court and opened my box of donut dippers, expecting to find something along the lines of what was advertised on the board behind the counter. But instead, I received hard, horrible, miniature scone-looking ***** in a box with old, hardened icing sugar clusters! My young son actually thought we were being pranked, as even he himself could not believe it!</p> <p> </p> <p>I threw this into a ******* bin as I left the mall, no person in their right state of mind would be appreciative of this! And I actually paid money for this!</p> <p> </p> <p>After the pathetic experience I had, I certainly will not be purchasing anything from Debonairs again.</p> <p>I am writing this with the hope that something is done to rectify the level of service a customer receives at this branch as well as the product itself!</p>
