Disasterous Debonairs Pongola

Debonairs Pongola has probably got the worst service I have ever encountered in my lief. Waiting periods vary from 45 minutes to 2 hours since orders have been placed. This is crazy, and should be dealt with. Also, when placing orders on the Debonairs app is a disaster. You never get what you order, especially when you remove or add toppings, nothing gets done, and then it still takes about 90 minutes to 2 hours for the order to be delivered. Staff also dont wear the masks correct, their noses are exposed. At one stage, the looks like manager, took her mask off to shout orders while she was cutting customer pizzas. This while we are in the 3rd wave of Covid. Please sort this out, or else we wont support you any longer.
