Disappointment

Firstly I would like to say the service was very bad as we ordered our pizzas at 20:56pm, the application for tracking all of a sudden went out of service, I decided to call at 21:27pm to check if the order was collected or being made at the shop, the manager advised that the pizza was out of the oven and placed in the warmer waiting for an available driver, she couldn't tell me how long all she advised was "oh we are busy and have alot of deliveries and we will deliver your order ma'am". Still no delivery or any sign of the pizza I called at 22:02pm and the same manager advised the driver collected the order and is on his way which was a lie because the driver called me at 22:15pm to advise he is in the store calling from the shop and I need to stand outside and wait for him as he will be on his way. At 22:40pm my delivery arrived. I now opened the pizza, the base of one of the pizzas I ordered was hard it seems as if it was standing and then placed back in the oven to re heat and stood in the warmer, the toppings was hard and dry, I pulled the slices apart infront the driver and discovered the under part was burnt and hard, we threw half of it away. Quality was bad, service was bad. I have images as this was utterly disgusting. I informed the manager I would not order at the Athlone branch in klipfontein road anymore, this gives me no hope with the other stores as well.
