Disappointing supper

This evening we decided to have family over and ordered two on the double pizzas via the app at 18h05. At 19h05, I called the store to check that they received my order and why it was taking so long. I was told that the pizzas were on their way with the delivery man. I called again at 19h30, and was again told that the pizzas were on their way. At 19h50, my husband and I decided that we had waited long enough and were just getting into our vehicle to go and buy kfc, when the delivery man arrived. According to him, he was just sent with our order.

The pizzas were very badly prepared. Some slices did not have any meat on them, the slices were not cut properly, and in the slices I ate, there wasn't even cheese on the slice.

I am so disappointed. Not only did my kids and visitors have to wait for two hours, but no one seemed to accept responsibility.

I do not see myself purchasing a Debonairs pizza in the near future.
