Disappointing service at Sparks Road branch

I’m extremely disappointed at the service at the Sparks Road branch. I phoned in an order for a veg sub with Mexican sauce, which would take 12 mins. On arrival I asked for my order, totaling R72.80. I took out my card to pay. The cashier looked for a card machine, and then went to the back to check. She returned to ask if I had cash. I didn’t. I was told the 2 card machines were with drivers. I wanted to cancel my order but my request was ignored as were the 3 requests to see the manager. I waited the 12 mins, and a card machine appeared and I paid. Why did they not keep one card machine on hand? Surely a franchise as big as this can afford more card machines. I was in a rush and couldn’t wait however I had to because a debonairs branch didn’t have a single card machine. I got home and saw no Mexican sauce in the sub, which I paid for and have proof that I had paid for it and pics of the sub. I’ve lost respect for the franchise and wouldn’t recommend it.
