Disappointing service

I placed an order telephonically at 13h57 all went well and I was told that my order would be ready in 45minutes and this was a pizza and a cold drink, after 40 minutes which was now at 13h38 i received a call from a delivery claiming he was at the gate, I went to the gate he was not there, I called him he could not tell me where he was but i could gather that he was lost, I then reconfirm the address with him and then waited for him to arrive.

to my surprise he only came to my place after 30minutes of the conversation to deliver and the reason I ordered the pizza was because I had visitors who were already panicking because they had to rush somewhere, I went to collect my order, the cold drink was not there however it was reflecting on the invoice., when I asked him he was clueless I had to show him on the slip that I ordered pizza and cold drink, he then went back to fetch the cold drink, my visitors left without drinking the cold drink. I am very dissappointed worse the pizza was even very cold.
