Disappointing service

I called and placed an order at Debonairs Vaal mall, I called 2 hours later to find out about my order. I spoke to Ayanda he put me on hold for 20minutes saying he is checking for me, next thing my call was cut and no one bothered to call back. Their service is very disappointing.
