Disappointing service

we ordered a on the triple pizza combo from deboniars yesterday 16/01/2019 we drove all the way from linbro park as that was the only closest halaal place to order from we ordered

1 x spicy chicken 1 x veg 1 x salami and olives

as we had one of our colleagues who is a vegetarian we ordered the meal exactly 13:09 and received the order at 13:32 we did not mind the waiting period even though it was quiet and we had to get back to the office

the problem was when we arrived back at the office we found that we had 2 x salami and olives and 1 x spicy chicken we then called the manager of the branch and reported it. His response was we had to come back all the way and collect it and there was no apology my colleague was un- happy and insisted that the manager sorts out the delivery the driver arrived an hour later at linbro, and scrutinized the pizza which was incorrect before he swapped it out with the veg

There was no apology and the service was utterly poor
