Disappointing Service

<p>2017/02/23 18:01 I ordered a large pizza meal (order 218) online worth R102.80 which was accepted by the braamfontein dobonairs store at 18:05. I had to call the store on ********** 830 with no answer until there was finally an answer at 19:10 (extension 500). They told me the driver has long left the shop and is on the way and he is probably stuck on traffic. Dobonairs is only 2.8km away from my address. I waited for another hour and tried to call again with no luck. I ended up calling through to steers to find out what's the delay, this was 20:00. They advised they they don't know and that the driver should be here. The driver got here at 20:10 with no apology or concern. I am very disappointed because the only reason I ordered was because I received an sms from debonairs promoting their brand. They can forget me as a customer if this is how their service is. </p>
